Pre-event Massage Treatments: Recommended before a race, competition or sports event. Focus on injury prevention by loosening up the muscles, tendons, and joints. Includes stretching, kinesio taping, cupping, and soft tissue release.

Maintenance Massage Treatments: Compliments physical therapy by focusing on rehabilitation of injuries. Treating the muscles, tendons, joints, and nerves with various soft tissue modalities such as manual therapy, scraping, cupping, palpation, and trigger point therapy.

Post-event Recovery Massage: Best done on your day off from training to help with athletic recovery. When the body is sore from activities, it helps to reduce soreness, fatigue, and injuries. Includes Swedish and deep tissue massage, reflexology, and stretching.
